These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ck33 platform and all related services. By registering on ck33, logging into your account, or using any part of the platform, you give your full agreement to these Terms.

These Terms are intended for users in Bangladesh. ck33's services are open only to individuals aged 21 or above. If you are below this age, stop using this platform immediately.

1.1 Changes to the Terms

ck33 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, ck33's interpretation shall be final. For any legal matters or service-related questions, you may contact 24/7 support.

To open an account on ck33, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be completely accurate and truthful.
• Each person may create only one account.
• The account must be used by the account holder only — placing bets on behalf of a third party is not allowed.
• ck33 may request necessary documents at any time for identity verification.

2.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If the same person or multiple members of the same household create separate accounts from one device or network, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage from any bonus or promotion will be treated as fraud.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck33 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when required. In such cases, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID may be requested. ck33 has the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

The most common mobile payment methods in Bangladesh are available for deposits and withdrawals on ck33. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account quickly.
• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

ck33 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious, unusual, or fraudulent transaction and, if necessary, close the associated account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making a balance of ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used as betting balance.
• More than one bonus cannot be active on a single account at the same time.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• ck33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 Other Promotions

ck33 runs various regular promotions including weekly reload bonuses, slots festival bonuses, and cricket joy rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period. These offers are available to eligible members only, and separate terms apply to each.

5.1 Betting Limits

ck33 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or betting market. These limits may vary by game or market, and ck33 reserves the right to change them at any time.

5.2 Right to Cancel or Void Bets

If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, display of incorrect information, or a system problem, ck33 may cancel that bet and refund the stake. The member will be notified separately in such cases.

5.3 Sports Betting

Live scores, results, and match information will be settled based on the official results of the relevant governing body. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled or refunded in accordance with the applicable rules.

5.4 Cheating and Unfair Advantage Prohibited

Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical issues to gain an unfair advantage, using bots or automated software, and any other form of cheating are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the associated balance forfeited.

ck33's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback is a fixed percentage of the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings), which varies by tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's activity on the platform. VIP benefits apply to eligible active members only, and ck33 reserves the right to change the VIP programme terms at any time.

ck33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• If it is established that registration was completed using false information.
• If multiple accounts are being operated.
• Due to any legal or regulatory requirement.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any existing balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, any active bonus whose conditions have not been met will not be returned.

10.1 Technical Issues

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or a third-party software error, ck33 will settle that situation according to its own rules. In such circumstances, ck33's decision is final.

12.3 Delay in Exercising Rights

If ck33 does not exercise any right under these Terms in a particular situation, this will not be considered a waiver of that right.

12.4 Service Availability

ck33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. An attempt will be made to give advance notice in such situations.
